Groove into Durand Bernarr’s latest single, 'READY!'

Singer-songwriter and producer Durand Bernarr has unveiled "READY!", the lead single from his upcoming collaborative EP with the talented producer and songwriter duo, Charlie Vettuno.

"READY!" highlights Bernarr's expertise in creating soulful and empowering music, effortlessly merging house, funk, soul, and electronic elements into a high-energy anthem.

Right from the first note, Bernarr captivates listeners with a bold and commanding vocal performance, setting the stage for an immersive journey through his musical landscape.

Bernarr explains, "'READY!' is about those times when people think they know what you're ready for. It's like, who said I was ready to call it a night? It's about making it clear that only you know what you're ready for."

He adds, "When the track first came together, Robyn S. immediately came to mind. I envisioned a powerful note at the start to kick off the song with dramatic flair. 'READY!' sets the tone for what's to come, but believe me, I'm far from ready to end the night."

Drawing inspiration from Robin S., "READY!" captures the groove and intensity of her 1993 classic "Show Me Love." The track exemplifies house music with its tight rhythm and sophisticated style, but its real strength lies in Bernarr's remarkable vocal prowess. His performance is vibrant, dynamic, and full of intricate riffs—if riffing were a superpower, he'd be unstoppable.

Bernarr's latest visual EP, En Route, released in May 2024, has already won over audiences with its blend of soulful melodies and innovative soundscapes. Standout tracks like "Leveled" and "Fist Bump" demonstrate Bernarr's ability to fuse genres and create deeply emotional music.
